ModelaDraw alpha: open-source vector editor that opens .cdr files. Written in Rust, free under the MIT or Apache-2.0 license.

Works best in a desktop browser with a mouse and keyboard. On a tablet choose Window > Workspace > Touch; a phone screen is too small for editing.
